VENDOR APPLICATION

VENDOR AGREEMENT This Vendor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Only Together Events Inc. ("Organizer") and ("Vendor"). 1. EVENT DETAILS Organizer agrees to provide vending space to Vendor for the event: Event Name: As stated on application form Event Date: As stated on application form Location: 2331 66 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6K 4B5 2. VENDOR FEE Vendor Fee: The vendor shall pay a vendor fee as stated on application form and as requested by Only Together Events Inc. 2.2 Payment Deadline: The vendor fee must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior the the event. Invoices will be sent out the 2 weeks before the event date. 2.3 Payment Method: Electronic invoices will be sent to the vendor's email address and payments can be made online. 3. VENDOR SPACE 3.1 Space Allocation: Only Together Events Inc. will provide the Vendor with a designated space for the event. Only Together Events Inc. will determine the location and size of the space. 3.2 Setup and Takedown: Vendor may set up their booth on the event day starting at 10:00 AM and must start the takedown promptly after the event ends and complete the breakdown by 6:00 PM. 4. COMPLIANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 4.1 Compliance: Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event. 4.2 Insurance: The vendor is covered under the event organizer's insurance and will not be required to provide their own. 4.3 Products and Services: The vendor shall only offer and sell products and services approved by Only Together Events Inc. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items deemed inappropriate or not in alignment with the event theme. 5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 5.1 Cancellation by Vendor: In the event of cancellation by Vendor, the vendor fee is non-refundable. 5.2 Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by Only Together Events Inc., the vendor fee paid by the Vendor will be fully refunded. 6. MISCELLANEOUS 6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta. 6.2 Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Only Together Events Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to Vendor's participation in the event. 6.3 Photography and Promotion: Only Together Events Inc. may take photographs or videos during the event and use them for promotional purposes. The vendor grants Only Together Events Inc. permission to use images featuring the Vendor's booth.
